Our products are covered by a two year warranty (excluding the G5 alarm system which is 1 year) from the date of purchase as long as you have purchased an alarm system from us.
If you purchase an accessory item or items and have not purchased your alarm system from us, the warranty period is one year from the data of purchase.
We will assess and/or repair/replace the faulty item under warranty as long as it is returned to us within the warranty period. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Any item(s) being returned under warranty that are found not to be faulty will incur a service charge of $95 and shipping fees will also be at the purchasers expense.
Any items that are returned damaged will not be covered under warranty.
Please note that the warranty excludes cover for batteries.
