Our products are covered by two year warranty and the warranty will be valid from the date of purchase.
We will assess and/or repair/replace the faulty item under warranty as long as it is returned to us within the warranty period. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Any item(s) being returned under warranty that is found not to be faulty will incur a service charge of $99 and shipping fees will also be at the customers’ expense.
Any items that are returned damaged will not be covered under warranty.
Please note batteries are not covered under warranty.
