For some larger security alarm applications such as a multiple story home or very large office, a signal repeater may be required in order to extend the wireless transmission range. The RT-101 can manage up to 40 wireless devices and it will repeat the signal of any Chuango wireless sensor, strobe siren, remote control or wireless keypad. The signal repeater must be plugged into a mains power point and has a built-in battery backup in case of power outage.
