The 'Starter 260' is a completely wireless DIY home security alarm system. The outdoor solar powered strobe siren is perfect for outdoor locations where mains power is not available. It has it's own built-in alarm control panel, a rechargeable lithium battery plus an additional 9volt battery to provide extra standby power in case there is no sun for long periods of time. The total standby power can last up to 30 days. This wireless alarm system is ideal for a small apartment, unit, caravan or even a small shop. This 'starter' kit can be expanded to manage up to 40 wireless accessories. Being a wireless system, installation is very easy and operating this system is very simple.
